When are School Pictures?
Pictures will be taken during Back 2 Business Days (B2B) on 8/27 & 8/28

When is the First Early Release Day?
9/11 at 12:50.

May my student bring their cell phone/smart watch to school?
All cell phones are to be turned off and secured in students' lockers before the start of 1st period. If cell phones are out/seen anytime during the school day they will be turned into the front office as per the EMS student handbook. Please see student handbook for more information.

All Smart Watches are required to be in airplane mode between 7:50 and 2:20.
 

Can my student bring over the counter meds to school?
No, but parent may come in to the school to administer.

When will lockers be assigned?
During B2B days and if you are not able to attend that they will be assigned during the first week.
Can my student have their phone in class?

What clubs are offered at EMS?
All clubs are done through our PTSA. https://evergreenptsa.org/Home

What to do when dropping off items for your student:
PLEASE DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL.
Items are to be placed on the round table near the front entrance. Read the sandwich board for further instructions.
If you are dropping off a lunch, it must be dropped off by 9:30am to guarantee lunch delivery.
What do I do if my student forgets their laptop and/or charger at home?
Please DO NOT deliver them. Your student can go to the library to check out a loaner laptop and charger for the day.

What if my student wants to change their schedule?
Please see Parent Square notification dated 8/28. For further questions please email their counselor directly.
